HILLWOOD COMMUNITIES SPRING HOME TOUR

Promotion Period:

April 1, 2026, through April 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor:

Hillwood Communities (“Sponsor”).

How to Enter:

Visit every builder model home within a participating Hillwood Communities development in the Greater Houston area during the Promotion Period and submit the required form at each model home.

Participating communities include:

• Legacy by Hillwood Communities – League City, TX
• Pomona by Hillwood Communities – Manvel, TX
• Valencia by Hillwood Communities – Manvel, TX

Participants can visit every builder model home within a participating community during one of the Promotion Periods and provide their name and contact information through the check-in process at each model for the weekly prize drawing.

Entries must be complete to be eligible.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the weekly Promotion Period.

See below for the defined weekly schedule and when winners will be announced.

Limit:

Multiple entries across multiple communities are permitted; however, each participant may only receive one (1) entry per model home per week.

Participants may win only one (1) prize during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility:

Open only to legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Hillwood Communities or any Hillwood, a Perot Company entity
• Participating builder partners within Legacy, Pomona, or Valencia
• Hillwood Communities vendors, service providers, or marketing partners
• Homeowners within Legacy, Pomona, or Valencia

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Prize drawings will be held weekly during the Promotion Period.

Each participating community will award one (1) $1,000 prize per weekend, resulting in twelve (12) total prizes across all communities during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries submitted during the applicable week.

Winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for any undeliverable notifications.

Participants do not need to be present to win.

Schedule:

Below is the promotion schedule and winner drawn dates defined:

• Week 1: 4/1–4/8, winner drawn on 4/9
• Week 2: 4/9–4/15, winner drawn on 4/16
• Week 3: 4/16–4/22, winner drawn on 4/23
• Week 4: 4/23–4/30, winner drawn on 5/1

Winners will be emailed by Marketing Manager, Lori Evans, on the above winner date drawn and will have 30 days to claim their prize following notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within this timeframe, Hillwood Communities reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate winner.

Prize:

Twelve (12) $1,000 cash prizes will be awarded during the Promotion Period.

Each participating community will award one (1) $1,000 prize per weekend during the month of April.

Total prize value: $12,000.

Taxes and Additional Costs

Any winner of any Prize referenced herein will be responsible for all taxes, costs, or other fees associated with such winner’s acceptance of such Prize.

Winners will be required to complete a Form W-9 prior to receiving their prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the value of the prize.

Non-Transferable:

All Prizes referenced herein are non-transferable and non-assignable.

Release; No Warranty:

By participating in the promotion, entrants release Hillwood Communities and its employees, owners, and affiliates from all liabilities, actions, claims, injury, losses, or damages arising in any way, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the promotion and/or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize referenced herein. Entrant assumes full responsibility or any risks, injuries and/or damages, known or unknown, that Entrant might incur or that Entrant might inflict on others while on the Premises or while using equipment or apparatus provided in connection therewith. Entrant voluntarily accepts and assumes the risks of being on the Premises. Releasees shall not be held liable for any claim, demand, cause of action of any kind whatsoever (including, but not limited to, claims of negligence or breach of warranty) for, or on account of, death, personal injury, property damage or loss of any kind resulting from or related to Entrant’s presence on the Premises or Entrant’s participation in the Activities on or off the Premises.

Privacy:

By entering the prize drawings, entrants acknowledge that their name and contact details may be shared with participating builder partners within Legacy, Pomona, and Valencia for the purpose of marketing new home opportunities.

Other:

Hillwood Communities reserves the right to cancel or modify this promotion and its prizes at its sole discretion.
