This year’s Spring Tour of Homes runs from April 1 to April 30, 2026, giving you the entire month of April to visit at your own pace. You get another chance to win each time you visit a model home in any Hillwood Community in the Houston area.

Getting here
- From I-45 South: Take Exit 24 toward League City Parkway (FM 518). Head west approximately 4 miles. Turn left on Legacy Drive — Barrel Oak Drive will be on your right.
- From Highway 96 / TX-96: Head south toward League City Parkway, then turn east. Legacy Drive will be on your left within a mile.
- From Clear Lake / NASA Area: Take NASA Road 1 or Bay Area Boulevard south to League City Parkway, then head west to Legacy Drive.
- From Galveston: Take I-45 North to Exit 24, then follow the directions above.
